Hi! Welcome to my site! I have over 30 years of professional writing experience encompassing articles and reviews for general consumer newspapers and magazines. I’ve also researched and written technical articles about cutting-edge innovations in materials science, machinery and equipment, and manufacturing processes for engineering and industrial trade publications. I have led the development of proprietary procedures, such as engineering specifications, Quality Assurance procedures and Enterprise Management operations manuals for Fortune 500 companies in the IT, automotive, energy and aerospace industries.

In 2018 I joined Amazon’s Global Road Safety team in Seattle as Technical Writer - DOT Compliance. In this capacity, I was the single-threaded leader for a project to create road-logistics compliance documentation coinciding with launch of Amazon’s dedicated logistics operations. At Amazon, I created and managed a document change management process. I also worked with variety stakeholders within Amazon on a high priority project to create and write the Amazon Global Security High-SEV Incident Response procedure, as well incident protocols and training for Amazon’s last-mile DSP delivery teams.
